Jelani’s favorite food was pork adobo, but after having this chicken divan it is now his favorite!! It’s an easy dish to make and makes good leftovers.
Ingredients
- 2 (10-ounce) package broccoli frozen
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup can
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 cup chicken breast shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Boil chicken breast and then shred
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well.
- Arrange in 12x7 1/2x2 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 chicken, soup, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and nutmeg. Put the other half of the chicken over the brocolli
- Pour 1/2 of chicken mixture over broccoli.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese. Top with remaining chicken and soup mixture. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, about 20 minutes.
- While baking, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in mayonnaise.
- When baking complete, spread mayonnaise mixture over dish, top with remaining cheese and paprika.
- Broil 4 inches from heat till golden, about 2 minutes.
