Ingredients
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup long-grain rice uncooked
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add rice
- Stirring constantly, cook until rice is puffed and white. Also, add salt and ground cumin
- Stir in onions and cook until tender
- Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until done.
- Fluff with a fork and serve
